The Client

At launch, zencase has positioned itself as the most flexible, advanced reporting available in any law practice management platform. It is a simple, but powerful SaaS which promises to help legal professionals reclaim their time and peace of mind in the form of a powerful, comprehensive law practice management solution.

New Website Build

As the hub of all of their marketing efforts, the team at zencase needed a clean look, clear message and intuitive CMS (Content Management System) so that they could handle the day to day efforts of updating content. WordPress proved to be the perfect fit for this need.

Mobile Optimization

Perhaps one of the most frequently overlooked requirements for a website is the way it will look on a users mobile device. Two primary benefits of a mobile optimized site are better rankings in Google’s algorithm and a better user experience for ⅓ to ⅔ of the users who visit your website. The zencase website was redesigned with a mobile first focus to help future proof the site for visitors regardless of the device used to access the site.

Not all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is created the same. In this case the client needed a cost effective framework to build upon for the launch. The team at TOT wrote meta descriptions and installed a Best In Class plugin to allow the client to handle the day to day optimizations needed to stay at the top of search engine rankings.

Amid global concern about COVID-19, we will continue to be here for our clients and our community.

As people and companies all across the country take additional preparations to protect against the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we acknowledge that your needs to service your clients will likely not be taking a break. At this time, we will remain open full-time and will continue to service our clients with the same fast response times you’ve come to expect from us.

Due to the increasing number of reported cases in the U.S., we are continuously monitoring the situation. We will also continue to actively assess the necessary actions we need to take in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families. We hope that you will join us in taking some basic but important measures, such as frequent hand washing and moving face-to-face meetings to video, to keep communal risk low.
